The short version

We collect only what a booking needs: your name, contact details, dates and party size. We never sell your data, we don't use tracking cookies, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

What we collect and why

• Booking details — name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and any notes you send us. Used to take and manage your booking. Kept for up to 6 years for tax and dispute purposes.
• Payment records — deposits are taken by our card provider, SumUp. We see the amount, date and a transaction reference; we never see or store your card number.

Where it lives

Booking records are stored on our own server. Card payments are processed by SumUp (sumup.com) under their privacy policy. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers — the site makes no requests to third parties except the card payment itself.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email dp4737699@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
